Cookie Policy
How this website uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly and help us understand how it is used.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the website and quote form to function, including remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated spam. This security check runs when you submit a request and is separate from optional analytics and advertising.
Analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, label download clicks, commercial invoice print requests and progress through the quote form. We use these reports to improve the site. Invoice contents and the names, addresses, email addresses and shipment details entered into our tools are not included in these analytics events.
Conversion tracking
With your consent, Google Ads and Meta measure completed quote requests so we can assess our advertising. Google Ads may use first-party _gcl_ cookies to connect an ad click with a completed request. We send a random request identifier for duplicate prevention, not the name, email address, phone number or shipment details entered in the form. Google Ads personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled.
3. Managing cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Choosing “Essential only” stops optional tracking and removes the analytics and advertising cookies this site can clear. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Third parties
Analytics and advertising cookies may be set by third-party providers. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
