ArrowPath Logistics arranges international express delivery to more than 200 countries and territories. If you are unsure whether we cover a particular destination, send us a quote request and we will confirm straight away.

Most quotes are returned within one working hour during our office hours, and always within one working day. Urgent shipments can be prioritised — mention the deadline in the notes field or email the team.

Express rates are based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated from the packed dimensions using the carrier's applicable divisor. Destination, service level, and whether duties are prepaid also affect the price. Use our volumetric weight calculator for an estimate, then submit the dimensions for a confirmed quote.

Yes, subject to export eligibility. We can arrange collection directly from factories, suppliers, trading agents and warehouses across mainland China. Mainland China shipments must qualify as A-, B- or C-category express shipments; ArrowPath cannot process D-category formal declarations, dangerous goods or any item containing a battery. ArrowPath accepts qualifying A-category documents, B-category personal effects and C-category low-value goods only. C-category goods must have a declared customs value below RMB 5,000, be a reasonable quantity and weight, and not require licences, export tax refunds, foreign-exchange procedures, inspection, quarantine or formal declaration. Shipments reaching a FedEx gateway's formal-declaration threshold cannot be accepted: current published thresholds include 90 kg or more through Guangzhou and 99 kg or more through Shenzhen. Other gateways are confirmed before collection. Standard FedEx parcel limits also apply to each package.

Yes. We regularly deliver into Amazon fulfilment centres in the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. We will make sure the shipment carries the correct FBA labelling and reference numbers, and book a delivery appointment where the site requires one.

Every shipment is fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the consignment is collected, and you can contact the ArrowPath team at any point for a status update.

Yes. With Delivered Duty Paid, import duties and taxes are billed to you rather than the receiver, so your customer receives the goods with nothing left to pay. Tell us you would like a DDP quote and we will price it that way.

Dangerous goods, flammable liquids, aerosols, weapons, currency, live animals, perishables and counterfeit goods are among the items that cannot be sent on the services we arrange. For every mainland China collection, ArrowPath also prohibits loose batteries, power banks and any equipment containing a battery. Other origins and destinations can impose additional restrictions. Absolutely. We work with individuals sending gifts, personal effects and one-off parcels just as much as with importers, exporters and e-commerce sellers.

No. You can book a one-off shipment with no account. Customers shipping regularly can ask us about ongoing discounted rates and simplified booking.
