1. Who we are
ArrowPath Logistics ("we", "us") arranges international express shipping services. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Quote and booking details — name, email address, telephone number, collection and delivery locations, package weights and dimensions, and any notes you provide.
- Shipment information — addresses, contact details for senders and receivers, and descriptions and values of goods needed for customs.
- Technical information — IP address and browser information used to operate and protect the website. Optional analytics collect usage information only where you have consented.
3. How we use it
- To prepare and send you a shipping quote.
- To book, collect, clear and deliver your shipment.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To meet customs, export control and other legal obligations.
- To improve our website and services.
4. Legal bases
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform that contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.
5. Sharing your information
To deliver your shipment we share the necessary details with the carrier handling it (which may include DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT), with customs authorities, and with agents involved in collection or delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, secure storage for quote requests, and Turnstile spam protection. Our email providers deliver quote notifications to the team. Turnstile checks technical browser and connection information when you submit a request; it does not receive the shipment fields you enter. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
6. International transfers
Because shipments cross borders, your information may be transferred to countries outside your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.
7. Retention
We keep quote and shipment records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet accounting, customs and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@arrowpath-logistics.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to quote data is restricted to staff who need it.
