1. About these terms

These terms apply to quotes provided by, and shipments arranged through, ArrowPath Logistics. By requesting a quote or confirming a booking you accept them.

2. Our role

ArrowPath Logistics arranges international express shipping as an independent intermediary. Shipments are physically carried by third-party courier networks. Carriage is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier that handles the shipment, and to any applicable international conventions.

3. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you supply. If the actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, contents or addresses differ from those quoted, the price may be adjusted and you will be liable for the difference. Volumetric weight is calculated as length × width × height in centimetres divided by 5000. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to carrier availability.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate collection and delivery details, weights, dimensions and descriptions of goods.
• Package goods adequately for international transit.
• Ensure the shipment does not contain prohibited or restricted items (see our prohibited items policy).
• Comply with all export, import, sanctions and customs requirements.

5. Charges

Charges are payable as stated on the quote or invoice. Duties, taxes and any carrier surcharges (including remote area, oversize, fuel and address correction charges) are additional unless the quote states otherwise. Where DDP is selected, duties and taxes are billed to you.

6. Customs and delays

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect documentation, weather, industrial action or other events outside our control.

7. Loss and damage

Claims for loss or damage are handled under the carrier's liability terms, which are limited. Additional cover can be arranged on request before collection. Claims must be notified to us promptly and within the carrier's stated time limits.

8. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled before collection free of charge unless the carrier has already attended, in which case a failed-collection charge may apply.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any shipment is limited to the amount recoverable from the carrier plus any charges you paid us for that shipment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of sales.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
