WHAT ARE YOU SENDING?

Find the right
place to start.

Choose a category to see what needs checking. This guide does not confirm that a shipment can be accepted.

01 / CANNOT BE CARRIED

Always prohibited.

The following cannot be carried on any international express service we arrange:

  • Explosives, fireworks, ammunition and weapons or their parts
  • Flammable liquids, gases, aerosols and pressurised containers
  • Corrosive, toxic, radioactive and infectious substances
  • Illegal drugs, narcotics and controlled substances
  • Counterfeit goods and items infringing intellectual property rights
  • Currency, bullion, bearer securities and negotiable instruments
  • Live animals, and human or animal remains
  • Loose lithium batteries shipped on their own
  • Pornographic material and any item illegal at origin, transit or destination
02 / OUR MAINLAND CHINA SERVICE

No batteries.
No dangerous goods.

For every collection from mainland China, ArrowPath does not accept dangerous goods or any item containing a battery. This stricter service rule includes loose batteries, power banks, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, battery-powered toys, power tools and equipment with a built-in or removable battery. Do not remove, conceal or misdescribe a battery to obtain carriage.

03 / TELL US BEFORE BOOKING

Some goods need
a closer look.

These can often be shipped but need checking against the destination and the carrier's rules:

  • Electronics containing lithium batteries from origins outside mainland China (mainland China collections are not accepted)
  • Cosmetics, perfumes and nail products (frequently classed as dangerous goods)
  • Food, supplements, plant products and seeds
  • Medicines, medical devices and pharmaceutical samples
  • Alcohol and tobacco
  • Jewellery, watches, precious metals and stones
  • Artwork, antiques and other high-value or fragile items
  • Machinery containing fuel or oil residue
  • Branded goods requiring proof of authorisation to distribute

An item appearing in this list is not permission to ship it. The prohibited-items list and the mainland China rule still apply.
