before you print.
Use the packed weight
Weigh the sealed carton with its contents and packaging. This is the actual weight, not the volumetric weight used to calculate some courier charges. The UK label is for cartons over 15 kg. The US label is for a carton containing one heavy item over 50 lb (approximately 22.68 kg).
Choose the right label stock
The PDF pages are exactly 4 × 6 inches, or 101.6 × 152.4 mm. Select that size in your printer settings and print at 100% / actual size. If your roll is sold as 100 × 150 mm, those dimensions are slightly smaller: select the matching stock and fit the page to its printable area, then check that the border and all words are visible.
Print five labels for every heavy carton
The five-page download is a complete set for one carton. For three heavy cartons, print three copies of that file to get 15 labels. With the single-page file, select five copies per carton. Disable duplex and multiple-pages-per-sheet options.
Keep your shipment labels too
This is an additional handling warning. Every carton still needs its own FBA box ID label and the applicable carrier shipping label. A heavy label does not change Amazon's weight limits. UK cartons of multiple standard-size items are generally limited to 23 kg. US cartons are generally limited to 50 lb, except when a single item exceeds that weight; over 100 lb requires Mechanical Lift marking. Check your destination's requirements for single oversized items and your specific shipment in Seller Central.
